the staff were attentive. late checkout was available, convenient. the location was ideal for exploring. i also appreciated that the inner courtyard had a lovely design.

The towels were well worn and not white. it felt more like using floor cloths. there wasn't anywhere to sit with other guests. The only seating area was in the open air. the system to get into the hotel involved ringing a bell, and sometimes nobody answered, even after multiple attempts and calls.

The location was PERFECT for accessing everything. Restaurants were nearby, and attractions were quite close. There was easy access to public transit, which I REALLY appreciated. The hotel served as an oasis and provided a common area to relax after a long day.

The shower space was SUPER small. It was hardly possible to shower comfortably. My room had quite a bit of noise coming from inside the hotel. The noise definitely made resting difficult.

The staff provided helpful information about the surrounding area. The hotel is in a historical building. The hotel accommodated my request for a second night by moving my luggage to their apartment.

The room had very poor sound insulation between rooms. I could hear people using their toilets and showers. There was a constant smell from the plumbing system. This issue made me keep the bathroom door firmly closed.

the location was perfect (i loved being so close to everything). the hotel had very classic spanish architecture.

the towels were well worn and no longer white, more like floor cloths i think. i asked for better ones but was told that that was what all the towels were like. it wasn't a nice feeling at all.
